Electric-heating Organic Heat Carrier Boiler
The electric heating organic heat carrier boiler is a special industrial boiler with characteristics of new type, safety, high efficiency, energy-saving and low pressure (normal pressure or lower pressure) and can provide high temperature heat energy. As the direct-flow special industrial boiler, it takes electricity as the heat source and heat transfer oil as the heat carrier to transfer heat energy to heat consuming device by means of circulation oil pump with forced liquid-phase circulation. After that the heat transfer oil returns back to the heat furnace to be heated again.

The YLW serial organic heat carrier boiler is an assembled and forced-circulation chain grate bars boiler. The front part of the body is the hearth radiation heating surface consisting of double-squared coils densely arranged while its rear part is the convection scouring heating surface consisting of serpentine tubes. The boiler consists of the upper body and the lower chain grate bars and is assemble at the working site. The air pre-heater is arranged behind the boiler and some heat of high temperature smoke generated from burning is absorbed in the hearth. Smoke then flows to the smoke turning chamber to be heat-exchanged with the convection heating surface and heats air required by burning of the boiler in the air pre-heater when it leaves the boiler. After that it is drawn by the induced draft fan through the dust eliminator and is exhausted to atmosphere via the chimney.
