Hot-blast Furnace

HI (indirect style), HD (direct style) serial hot-blast furnace is a specialized industrial one produced by pour company. It takes coal, oil (gas) as fuel and mixed smoke and air as the carrier to transfer heat energy to heat consuming equipment by means of forced transfer of the circulation fan.

Molten Salt Furnace

QXS series molten salt heating furnace is a direct-flow style special industrial furnace which takes coal, oil and gas as fuel and the molten salt as the carrier to transfer heat energy to heat consuming equipments by means of the circulation pump with forced liquid-phase circulation. The molten salt shall be returned to be heated again and the whole system consists of heating furnace, circulation pump and melting system.

Autoclave

The autoclave is a large-scale steam curing equipment and is used for steam curing of sand lime brick, fly ash brick, aerated concrete and building block, high strength cement lamp pole, pipe pile and other cement products. Meanwhile it is also suitable for wood, medicine, chemical, glass and heat preservation industries.

Glass Deep-processing Caldron

The glass processing device of the company is researched and manufactured after passing through a series of tests and absorbing advantages of foreign similar products. The device makes thermal press treatment upon sandwich glasses produced by the film method.Place the sandwich glasses with pre-bonded film in the device and dissolve film under a certain temperature and pressure. After cooling, glasses with flm shall be bonded into finished sandwich glass. At present the device has become key equipment of the glass deep-processed industry for common sandwich glass and high resisting penetration sandwich glass used in automobile, aviation and aerospace, construction and decoration industries. It has now five major categories of2m,2.5m,2.65m,2.85m, 3m while its length can be designed and produced according to requirement of customer. The product is made on the production line and all welding working is automatically operated. Pressurized parts are checked by X-ray detection therefore inspection means are the best. The device has high automation, flexible operation and reliable safety in the whole course of the glass processing industry.

Steam Generator

The steam generator is an indirect flame heating device. Some of high temperature heat transfer oil generated from the organic heat carrier boiler comes into the steam generator, in which high temperature heat transfer oil makes heat exchange with water to generate steam, which can be provided continuously or intermittently according to actual working conditions. Compared with the steam boiler, it has characteristics of investment reduction, energy saving, simple assembling, operation and maintenance etc.

Smoke Waste Heat Recovery Energy -saving Device: Waste Heat Steam Boiler

The waste heat steam boiler takes heat of smoke waste heat to generate saturated overheat steam for use of production and power generation. Smoke Waste Heat Recovery Energy saving Device: Waste Heat Organic Heat Carrier Boiler

The waste gas heat organic heat carrier boiler takes high temperature waste smoke heat in industrial production (waste gas mainly from all kinds of furnace in metallurgy, machinery and chemical industries while exhausted gas from internal combustion engine and gas turbine) as heat source and the heat transfer oil as the heat carrier to transfer heat energy to heat consuming devices by means of the circulation pump with forced liquid-phase circulation.After that the heat transfer oil is returned to be heated again therefore it is an efficient and energy-saving heat supply equipment and is widely used at present.

Steam Marine Boiler

The oil-burning boiler takes oil (heavy oil, light oil) as fuel to heat water by the burner to generate steam. The boiler has a fll-welded vertical needle-shaped tubular structure and a water pipe and steam space exists between the outer shell and inner tank. The inner tank is an integrated heat exchange part. The hearth is located at the lower part while the upper end plate is connected with the pin pipe set.

Biomass-burning Steam Boiler
