Introduction
The YLW serial organic heat carrier boiler is an assembled and forced-circulation chain grate bars boiler. The front part of the body is the hearth radiation heating surface consisting of double-squared coils densely arranged while its rear part is the convection scouring heating surface consisting of serpentine tubes. The boiler consists of the upper body and the lower chain grate bars and is assemble at the working site. The air pre-heater is arranged behind the boiler and some heat of high temperature smoke generated from burning is absorbed in the hearth. Smoke then flows to the smoke turning chamber to be heat-exchanged with the convection heating surface and heats air required by burning of the boiler in the air pre-heater when it leaves the boiler. After that it is drawn by the induced draft fan through the dust eliminator and is exhausted to atmosphere via the chimney.
Easy assembling only by combining the upper body and the lower grate bars therefore the assembling period is short.
The hearth adopted double coils densely arranged so it has sufficient arrangement of heating surface to reduce the surface heat load of pipes and make the heat transfer oil safer in use.
It has reasonable flow course of medium as the heat transfer oil flows from low point (inlet) to high point (outlet therefore air generated in operation is hardly remained in the boiler and shall be easily exhausted out of the system.
The boiler arch is designed reasonably and smoke can remain in the hearth for a long time therefore burning is complete.
The smoke turning chamber is arranged with the heating surface thus the partition wall can avoid direct scouring of high temperature smoke and can effectively avoid short circuit of smoke generated due to drop of the partition wall.
