Under normal use, the product will be repaired or replaced by our factory if any of the following problems occur during the warranty period.
(b) Damage caused by the quality of design or manufacture;
Damage to equipment that has been inspected to confirm that the user has fully complied with the operating specifications;
Quality assurance (QA)
In the event of any of the following, the following will be repaired or replaced by our factory for a fee.

Ordering stage
Combined with the performance characteristics of the user's heat equipment, heat requirements and the actual situation of the user, to introduce the user in detail the performance characteristics of the heating furnace, production process, to help the user cost-effective and reasonable selection, to assist the user in the design of the system heating program, and to undertake a variety of models of non-standard furnace design and manufacture.

Installation phase
Enthusiasm for the user to answer all kinds of difficult questions, and provide users with the necessary engineering design, installation consulting and other technical guidance services to ensure the smooth progress of the installation.

Commissioning phase
According to the user's needs, our factory sends staff to debug free of charge, and carry out the stoker and boiler management personnel on-site guidance, and regularly organize technical training courses on hot carrier heating furnace, for the user to train qualified stoker and management personnel, during the operation of the quality of life-long tracking service.
