The autoclave is a large-scale steam curing equipment and is used for steam curing of sand lime brick, fly ash brick, aerated concrete and building block, high strength cement lamp pole, pipe pile and other cement products. Meanwhile it is also suitable for wood, medicine, chemical, glass and heat preservation industries.
Performance and Characteristics
The autoclave series of our company is researched and produced by our company after absorbing advantages of foreign similarproducts. For main pressure-bearing parts of the autoclave we make the finite element calculation and stress test thus to perfect calculation of strength. Characteristics of the product are as follows:
Manufacture on the production line, all welding are automatic operated and quality is stable;
Pressure-bearing parts are detected by X-ray and inspection means are advanced;
The product leaves the factory in an integrated one with advanced and reasonable structure, short assembling period and low investment cost;
