Introduction
General Introduction
The glass processing device of the company is researched and manufactured after passing through a series of tests and absorbing advantages of foreign similar products. The device makes thermal press treatment upon sandwich glasses produced by the film method.Place the sandwich glasses with pre-bonded film in the device and dissolve film under a certain temperature and pressure. After cooling, glasses with flm shall be bonded into finished sandwich glass. At present the device has become key equipment of the glass deep-processed industry for common sandwich glass and high resisting penetration sandwich glass used in automobile, aviation and aerospace, construction and decoration industries. It has now five major categories of2m,2.5m,2.65m,2.85m, 3m while its length can be designed and produced according to requirement of customer. The product is made on the production line and all welding working is automatically operated. Pressurized parts are checked by X-ray detection therefore inspection means are the best. The device has high automation, flexible operation and reliable safety in the whole course of the glass processing industry.
Constitutes of the Device
The device consists of two functionally independent sub-systems.
The Body
It is a horizontal pressure-bearing equipment with electric door-opening mechanism. Inside there are electric heating part and cooling device while circulated air channel and cart rails are set in the caldron. The safety interlock device for door opening is available on the body.
The Control System
The system has two types: one is the manually operated control system and the other is the automatic control system and they can be equipped according to different requirement of customer. Opening and closing as well as processing course of the caldron can be automatically controlled by means of the system. In addition meters of automatic control are mounted on the caldron therefore temperature and pressure can be adjusted as per technological requirement. Overpressure and over temperature alarm system is also available for safety and reliability.
