Introduction
Model SZL serial boiler is a kind of horizontal double-barrel longitudinally arranged chain grate bars water pipe steam and hot waterboiler.
The boiler adopts package or assembled structure. The 4-6 t/h has a package water pipe structure and is assembled before leaving the factory. The 6-25 th has two major parts. The upper major part has the heating surface of the body and the lower major part is a burning device. At the front end of the boiler body there is water cooling wall arranged round about. Its upper part is connected with the barrel while its lower part is connected with the container to form the combustion chamber in order to absorb radiation heat of the hearth. At the rear end there are convection tubes densely arranged between the upper and the lower barrels. High temperature smoke after burning laterally scours the convection heating surface then enters into the coal economizer, the air pre-heater and the dust eliminator and is exhausted out at last via the chimney.
The boiler has advantages of the package boiler such as compact structure, single storey of the boiler room, simple assembling at the site, short period, low cost and easy operation. The serial steam boilers are suitable for steam supply for industry and living while boilers with corresponding capacity are suitable for industrial and civil heating.
