Introduction
Model szS boiler has a D-shaped arrangement and a package structure. It leaves the factory in a complete form. The water cooling wallin the hearth adopts densely arranged structure with good sealing feature and is suitable for micro-negative pressure burning. The serial boiler consists of upper and lower barrels, super-heater, hearth, water cooling wall, convection tubes and coal economizer. The burner is arranged at the front wall and flame is heat-exchanged of radiation when it passes through the hearth, turns left at the rear part of the hearth and runs forward to pass through the super-heater and the convection tubes to have heat exchange of convection. At last it runs through the smoke channel and the coal economizer and is exhausted out via the chimney.
This type of boiler has advantages of high efficiency, fast temperature rising, safe and reliable operating, small volume, light weight and short assembling period. In addition to the coal economizer and the double water pipes structure, it has high heat efficiency, fast pressure rising, full automatic burning, stable and reliable characteristics.
